How does billing work?

We bill monthly for Starter and Professional plans. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and we will prorate the difference. Enterprise plans are billed annually with custom terms.

What counts toward my document limit?

Documents are indexed files from your connected data sources (PDFs, Word docs, Confluence pages, etc.). Each unique document counts once toward your plan limit. We do not count search queries or API calls.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. All data is hosted in SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Enterprise plans include advanced security controls, SSO, and optional on-premise deployment.

What integrations are supported?

We integrate with popular tools including Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, and many more. Starter includes 3 integrations; Professional and Enterprise include unlimited integrations.
